Completing the course
You have three months to complete the course from the time of purchase. If you feel you need more time to complete the course then you can order more time by visiting www.enhancemyenglish.com or contacting email@example.com.
Refunds and cancellations
You cannot get a refund on online courses if you have already begun the course or you are out with the 7 day cooling off period. You have 3 months to complete the course from the date of purchase. If you need an extension, this can be arranged at £15 for one week or £40 for one month. After 12 months of inactivity, your course will be deleted and you will not be able to access your grades or course work. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to extend your course or book online.
Failing the course
In most cases, students pass the course and your tutor will provide timely and constructive feedback to assist in your passing the course. However, if your attempts on quizzes and assignments are consistently below the required standard, you may fail the course.
In the unlikely event that you have a complaint about the course or feel that our customer service is left wanting, then please email us at email@example.com or send a soundly-crafted letter to TEFL, 16/17 High Street, Dingwall IV15 9RU. We promise to acknowledge your communication within 24 working hours of receipt and have a solution to you within 5 working days.
Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By signing the application form, verbally agreeing on the telephone or having ticked the relevant box on the website you are agreeing to accept all these conditions. The person who signs the booking form, does so on behalf of all the individuals included on it, so that all are bound by the booking conditions.
